Make a List of Your Top Five Principles

by Michael Berry on January 7, 2015

Picture someone writingWrite a list of your Top Five Principles. A principle is a specific personal rule of action for your conduct in your life.
For Example:
»»“I treat those around me as I would like to be treated.”
»»“I give back to society.”
»»“I do what inspires me.”
»»“I seek knowledge.”
»»“I invest for the future.”
Now look at an average day, week or month in your life, at the things that you do and how you spend your time. Does your behavior reflect your principles?
Write about when you are on target and when and how you are falling short. Also, make notes of how both circumstances affect your energy level, your happiness and any other part of your life experience that comes to mind.
Personal development is our business and our life.

In personal development we learn that “we all see and experience the world not as it is, but as we are”.
