Choose Three Areas of Your Life you would like to improve.For example:

Choose one page in your Journal for each. Draw a line from top to bottom to divide the page into two equal columns.
At the top of the left column write “Decisions that create my current situation.”
At the top of the right column write “Decisions that will bring my goal closer to reality.”
Now make a list under each heading of the key daily decisions and attitude decisions that will either keep you stuck or set you free.
As you do this, keep in mind the principles you wrote in this post.
It is helpful to bounce back and forth between the two columns. This exercise can create profound realizations that will reveal limiting beliefs and unrecognized attitudes toward what you are trying to achieve.
Do this for each of the three things you want to change and then journal about what came up for you and what was revealed. This can be particularly helpful when you look back through your Journal in the weeks and months ahead to review these realizations.
