Personal Development and Know for Yourself

by Michael Berry on October 28, 2014

In your personal development know for yourself is the start of your journey. Where people get caught up is when they begin their journey and start, or should I say continue listening to other people, especially those that do not have any idea about personal development.  Who knows better about what’s best for you than you? I don’t care even it’s a supposedly guru on the subject, if it doesn’t feel right to you then don’t listen.

I always tell people to go with their gut and don’t let past thinking interfere with your decision either. Listen to your future self.

Personal development is our business and our life.

In personal development we learn that “we all see and experience the world not as it is, but as we are”.

I certainly agree with you. Knowing yourself is the first part of personal development. You have to know what’s your strength and weakness are. You have to distinguish what areas you need to improve and the values you need to inhibit to attain this improvements. Thanks for sharing!
