Get in Touch with How You Feel About Change

by Michael Berry on October 6, 2014

frustrated-boyFor the next 7 days write down exactly how you feel, and what your reaction is, to encountering change during your daily experience.
Write down what you feel right when it happens.
What do you do initially? Resist? Roll over or allow yourself to be steamrolled?
We all have habits we have developed. What is your habit when you encounter change?
Our emotions are signposts as to how we see ourselves at any given point in time. They provide clues about how we feel about where we are in our life. They are, in reality, an inner manifestation of how closely we are acting in alignment with our purpose. Our inner self gives us feedback of what we think of ourselves in the manner of emotions. The more in line we are with our North Star, the more satisfied our emotional state. Understanding this, we can use this awareness to help us make choices that keep us on target.
Personal development is our business and our life.
Michael Berry
In personal development we learn that “we all see and experience the world not as it is, but as we are”.
