Our emotions are signposts as to how we see ourselves at any given point in time. They provide clues about how we feel about where we are in our life. They are, in reality, an inner manifestation of how closely we are acting in alignment with our purpose. Our inner self gives us feedback of what we think of ourselves in the manner of emotions. The more in line we are with our North Star, the more satisfied our emotional state. Understanding this, we can use this awareness to help us make choices that keep us on target.
