Texas A&M Gave Me a Great Education but Not an Entrepreneurial Mindset
I am very grateful for the education that Texas A&M provided me but I was not prepared to become an entrepreneur. Let me explain.
I worked my way up through the “job world” to CEO of a major corporation only to wake up one day and realize I was making the money but I was not happy. Traveling around the world without my wife was not the way I envisioned spending the rest of my life. Bottom line, I did not have true time freedom and was not in control of my life.
I decided to walk away from that life and become an entrepreneur starting with consulting and eventually home based businesses. I failed miserably and what I realized is that while I was very successful as CEO I did not have the “mindset” of a successful entrepreneur. I discovered a success education program that changed everything for me. If you’re interested in what changed my life check out my blog http://blog.prosperyourmind.com to find out more.
In personal development we learn that “we all see and experience the world not as it is, but as we are”.
